International Commercial Contracts and Arbitration

While doing business in China, you may discover that sorting out a contract between you and your business partners can be complicated.

Drawing up an international contract is doubly difficult: firstly, is the fact that the clauses must be very explicit so as to limit divergent interpretations by the differences in law and culture of the parties; the second complexity ensues from these same cultural differences which can influence negotiation very strongly, sometimes rendering it very long and difficult.

On this topic the law firm "Castellucci & Mancuso" will give an overview of the general rules and will focus on some particular clauses contained in the international contracts that it`s preferable to be aware of; furthermore the speakers will delve deeper into the matter of the Arbitration in China.
